Titus is responsible for the design, pre‐development, due diligence, and development of over $400 million worth of construction closings.
Titus was born into a construction family and, at the age of 10 was already working in the field with his grandfather, a brick mason. He discovered his love for building structures that families and people could enjoy.
After a two-year internship opportunity of design, Titus designed and built custom homes and ranches throughout Texas ranging from $300,000 up to $12 million. Titus has been a part of over 70 successful projects ranging from; big box retail, retail malls, condominiums, hospitality and medical. After 10+ years of residential building, Titus felt the passion to shift gears to design and build commercial projects.

William Edwards, architect, engineer, husband and father brings more than 20 years of experience in design, planning and project management. He provides enduring solutions that will revitalize the projects, communities, and the environment. He has been recognized as someone that advances effective, efficient, and economical solutions to complex infrastructure problems.
William is experienced in providing engineering and planning services to real estate developers, industries, municipalities, and others in the private/public sector. Over the years, he has become specialized in: subdivision land platting and design, hydrologic and hydraulic design, site layout, site plans, water quality and storm water detention pond design, project management, site plan and subdivision permitting, water and wastewater system design, plot plans, utility design plans, force main and lift station design. He has a thorough knowledge of the design and permitting procedures required to prepare and process developments through the various governmental agencies involved in the permitting/approval process.

Compliance & Finance
Whitney brings more than 12 years of financial experience. She responsible for managing a team and ensuring all company goals were implemented. Whitney is responsible for the pre-development thru closing accounting as well as set up of new projects and preparing the cash flow and monthly financial reports.
Whitney has in-depth knowledge of project management best practices, standards and state/federal regulations. She is experienced in the gathering and organizing of all program compliance documentation for our projects. Whitney utilizes an analytical performance approach, able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations in troubleshooting funding issues, performing accounting reconciliation, and providing safety audit assessments while working to reduce the risk of de-obligations.
She is the mother of two beautiful daughters, is a huge foodie, and a passionate home chef/baker. She is a proud Houstonian.
David has over 15 years experience in big box retail working for Bastian Solutions as Vice President of New Business Development. His direct responsibilities working with systems engineering teams by identifying target markets and project designs for innovative material handling solutions involving multi-million dollar racking conveyor robotic and WMS for fortune 500 companies. His experience includes projects involving Big Box 500 to 1ml square feet warehousing, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, automated and cold storage warehouses. David has technical experience in material handling, logistic studies, labor studies, regulatory interpretation and permitting for clients located throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and South America. His greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, persistence, and integrity. He thrives on challenges; particularly those that expand the company’s reach.

Amanda Martinez has deep roots in North Texas. Her paternal great grandparents were one of the first Mexican families to settle in Wylie on a 110-acre farm in 1942. They are listed in the Wylie book of Pioneers.
Amanda grew up in Dallas, after graduating with honors from North Dallas High School in 2012, she attended the University of North Texas in Denton as an honors student where she studied for a B.A. in English with minors in psychology and real estate. She earned her degree in 2016.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys volunteering at various organizations in Dallas.
